The Directorate consists of the following subsections:
Director Personnel, Deputy Director Personnel, SOP II, SOP III, SOP IV, SOP V, SOP VI

• Clinic
• Customer Care
• Registries (Open and Secret).

The Directorate deals with all personnel matters ranging from deployment, transfer, capacity building, recruitment, promotions, discipline, resignation, retirement and general welfare of officers and any other duties assigned by the Director Criminal Investigations or his Deputy.
