The crackdown on individuals linked to the violent disruption along the Kisiiโ€“Keroka Road has intensified, with detectives arresting four more suspects, bringing the total number of arrests to seven.

The latest arrests were made during a sustained intelligence-led operation conducted by detectives from DCI Kisii Central in collaboration with officers from Keumbu Police Station.

The four suspects, Meboline Mostiri, Amos Ntabo, Brandon Ombaba and Julius Obegi Orangi, are currently undergoing processing pending arraignment.

Investigations are ongoing as detectives continue to pursue additional suspects believed to have participated in the incident.

The DCI reiterates its commitment to holding accountable all those who resort to violence, destruction of property, or any acts that threaten public safety. Those responsible will be pursued relentlessly and brought before the courts in accordance with the law.
