UPDATE ON REPORTED CASE OF ALLEGED ABDUCTION IN MLOLONGO

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) wishes to inform the public that detectives from the DCI Anti-Abduction Unit have taken over investigations into the reported alleged abduction of Jimmy Mutava, following a report made at Mlolongo Police Station on 27th July 2026.

Investigations are currently underway, with detectives pursuing several persons of interest as they work to establish the circumstances surrounding the reported incident. The DCI will keep the public informed of significant developments as the investigations progress.
