𝟳𝟬𝟬 𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚’𝗔𝗔 𝗦𝗘𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗗, 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗔

Detectives from DCI Busia and Teso South alongside KPS officers from Adungosi Police Station, have seized 700 litres of chang’aa and arrested a suspect during a patrol operation in Bondeni area, Teso South Sub-County.

The officers flagged down a speeding Toyota Probox registration number KDB 387M, driven by Brian Wandera Aroge, 43.

A search of the vehicle led to the recovery of 35 jerricans, each with a capacity of 20 litres, all containing chang’aa, with an estimated street value of KSh175,000.

The suspect, together with the vehicle and the recovered consignment was escorted to Adungosi Police Station, where he is undergoing processing pending arraignment.
