𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗦, 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗦

Two drug traffickers have been arrested and a consignment of cannabis sativa recovered following a well-coordinated operation by officers from Mariakani Police Station in Kilifi County.

The officers intercepted a motorcycle ferrying the narcotics at Njoro area of Mariakani Township, leading to the arrest of Ali Mbaji alias “Mkadinali” and Rashid Mustafa alias “Malalo.”

Recovered from the suspects were 59 and 25 large rolls of cannabis sativa respectively, bringing the total haul to 84 large rolls.

The suspects are in police custody, undergoing processing pending arraignment. Meanwhile, the recovered narcotics and the motorcycle have been detained as exhibits.
